Strauch rosé sparkling wine 0.5% without alcohol

A fresh, fruity and sparkling drink made from non-alcoholic wine (< 0.5% vol.).

The basis is healthy red grapes from organic farming, which have then been pressed into whole clusters. The base wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels, after which the wine was dealcoholized and bubbled.

In terms of taste, Rosé Pure is close to Brut and has a full-bodied and fruity aroma, as well as a scent of red fruits. It impresses in the glass with its fine perlage and light salmon color. Rosé Pur is 100% vegan. Sparkling, elegant without alcohol!

An important part of this is the organic cultivation of around 25 hectares of vines with the best locations Osthofener Goldberg, Osthofener Liebenberg and Mettenheimer Michelsberg.
