Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY SANZALC
You can consult thesection 8 (Withdrawal) of the general conditions of sale.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

No promotional items can be returned.
The return of certain types of goods is not authorized because we cannot guarantee the storage conditions at the customer's premises and therefore the return to stock of these products.. Thus, perishable goods, such as drinks, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return:
*Gift Cards
*Downloadable software
*Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
*Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Returned and unclaimed packages
If your package was returned to us because you were unable to collect it before its retention period at the collection point or because you forgot it, it cannot be claimed or refunded after 30 days have passed since the customer collection date announced by the carrier by email or SMS given by the customer. No refunds or exchanges can be made by Sanzalc beyond this date.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at contact@sanzalc.com and send your article to: SANZALC 13b rue François Herbo 59310 Orchies, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you returned their gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
