It all started in the 19th century in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Catalan region, where Joséphine Limouzy, affectionately nicknamed Finote, created her own homemade aperitifs based on plants and spices. Inspired by this heritage, Elodie Swanberg, her great-granddaughter, decided to revisit these recipes in an alcohol-free version, boldly mixing tradition and modernity.
