Sanzalc.com you offers delivery to a relay point from €99 purchases in mainland France only undercertain conditions* and believe us, we are the only ones to propose it because it is quite a challenge 😥

Please note that we fully cover the packaging costs (on average €5 to €6 per box).

WHEN WILL MY FABULOUS ORDER BE PREPARED?

Very simple, your order is prepared as soon as possible depending on our resources, our availability and the state of stocksas soon as your payment has been validated

The rule is simple: 1ST ARRIVAL = 1ST PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING and (spoiler alert) you are not the only ones ordering and we are not Amazon!

WHEN WILL MY FANTASTIC ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We do everything we can to ensure that your order is dispatched the same day when placed before 3 p.m., Tuesday to Friday (without any guarantee). After 3 p.m., it is shipped the next day according to our possibilities in order to guarantee the best quality packaging.
No deliveries/shipping are made on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so your orders will be shipped on Tuesday.
Of course, we reserve the right not to respect these rules and to deliver as soon as possible. depending on our means, availability and stock status.

The rule is simple: 1ST ARRIVAL = 1ST PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING and (spoiler alert) you are not the only ones ordering and we are not Amazon!

For information/reminder, we are independent traders and we primarily serve our customers in our cellars in Lille and Orchies during opening hours.

HOW DO YOU PACK MY PRODIGIOUS ORDER?

Your order is packaged with the greatest care to best guarantee receipt in perfect condition. Our logistics team prepares your orders in specialized and certified packaging to avoid any risk of breakage.
On the menu, double-corrugated cardboard, lined flaps, protective compartments, jamming sheets and sealing with professional adhesive 💪

Please note that we fully cover the packaging costs.(on average 5 to 6€ per box) and part of the shipping costs.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER YOUR EXTRAORDINARY ORDERS?

We of course deliver in 🇫🇷 France, as well as our dear neighbors in 🇪🇺 Europe: 🇧🇪 Belgium, in 🇱🇺 Luxembourg, in 🇩🇪 Germany, in 🇮🇹 Italy, in 🇪🇸 Spain, in 🇵🇹 Portugal, in 🇳🇱 Netherlands in🇨🇭 Switzerland and many other countries in 🇪🇺 Europe (26 in total)!
Orders are also now available since 2025 in 🇨🇦 Canada and 🇬🇧 United Kingdom i.e. 🏴England, 🏴Scotland, 🏴Wales and 🇮🇪 Northern Ireland!

Well, to put it simply, in reality we deliver everywhere… except to the US! 😉

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES FOR YOUR MYTHICAL ORDERS?

Delivery times are on average 1 to 3 days AFTER shipping your package.

Home delivery is more practical but also the most expensive :

  • Via UPS or Chronopost in 1 to 3 working days (mainland France)
    • CHRONO 13 means that delivery is made the day after shipment before 1:00 p.m.
    • CHRONO 10 means that delivery is made the day after shipment before 10:00 a.m.

⚠️ CHRONO 13 and CHRONO 10 DO NOT MEAN “I order on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and I receive my package before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday” (yes yes, we experienced it on a Friday evening, Christmas Eve 🤣)

Delivery to a relay point is more economical :

  • Via Chronopost, express delivery to a relay point in 1 to 3 working days (mainland France)
  • Via UPS, delivery to a relay point 3/5 working days (mainland France)

UNFORTUNATELY, I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DESIRED ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

No problem, you can manage your delivery using the tracking link provided in the email from the selected carrier. You can try to redirect your package to your neighbor, a collection point or simply reschedule another delivery date!

I COULD NOT / I FORGOT TO COLLECT MY ORDER FROM THE COLLECTION POINT

No problem, your package will be returned to us. Notify us of this event within 30 days and we will send you a payment link to resend your order at your expense at the original price.

⚠️ NO, WE DO NOT RETURN AT OUR EXPENSE PACKAGES THAT YOU DID NOT COLLECT DUE TO FORGOTTEN OR BECAUSE YOU WERE ON VACATION (true, it’s already been done to us…)

If your package was returned to us because you were unable to collect it before its retention period at the collection point or because you forgot it, it cannot be claimed or refunded after 30 days have passed since the customer collection date announced by the carrier by email or SMS given by the customer. No refunds or exchanges can be made by Sanzalc beyond this date.

I HAVE A CONCERN WITH MY DELIVERY

A delay? 👉 Is your package in the hands of the carrier?
Sanzalc is in no way responsible for this delay, you must contact the carrier using the tracking link for your order received by email and/or SMS.

Package damaged? 👉 Upon receipt, you notice that the package is damaged
File a claim immediately without what Sanzalc will not be able to request an investigation and compensation from the carrier. Depending on the case studied by us after investigation with the carrier, we will return your order to you at our expense.

Are you claiming that you have not received your package?
While we have proof of delivery provided by the carrier including name + signature.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the carrier provides signed proof of delivery.

Your obligations:

  • You must immediately file a claim with the carrier.
  • Obligation for the customer to report an anomaly within 5 days.
  • Any dispute requires adeclaration of honor + possibly filing a complaint.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT COSTS AT SANZALC ?

They obviously vary depending on the content of your order, of course but also according to price fluctuations from Chronopost, UPS, Mondial Relay, DDP, GLS, etc.😉
We regularly negotiate the best market rates with carriers.

⚠️ CORSICA : An additional cost beyond our control is charged by the carriers (for example €25.60 / order by Chronopost)

Please note that we fully cover the packaging costs.(on average 5 to 6€ per box) and part of the shipping costs.

This being said, we can give you 2/3 tips to reduce transport costs by, for example, reducing the weight of your package.

Adopt the can format!
For example, all sodas or the best craft beers are now available in this format and the can only offers advantages for many reasons:
Better conservation away from light
Almost instant freshness
Taste preserved with perfection
A 100% recyclable container
And of course, much less fragile packages compared to glass!

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CONDITIONS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?

Unless otherwise indicated, the shipping conditions of our e-commerce site are governed by Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place).

This applies to countries like Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and any non-EU country.

In accordance with the Incoterm DAP, we are responsible for the delivery of the goods to the named place of destination, including export customs clearance and main transport.

However, it is explicitly stated that All import taxes and duties, as well as customs clearance fees and any other import-related charges into the destination country, are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid on our site.

It is the buyer's responsibility to find out about the customs and tax regulations in force in their destination country before placing an order. If the buyer or recipient refuses to pay these taxes and duties, the goods may be held at customs, returned to the sender, or destroyed, and the related costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
