Beefeater gin, produced since 1820 in Kennington near London, was created by James Burrough. With a strength of 40%, this gin is distilled in a “100% grain” alcohol spirit.

Beefeater contains nine plants: juniper, angelica (roots and seeds), lemon peel, juniper, coriander seeds, almond, licorice, Italian Seville orange, orris[1], harvested 24 hours before an 8-hour distillation. From the year of its creation, the gin is then taken to Scotland, where it is mixed and bottled, before being distributed in the United Kingdom.
