Tout a commencé au XIXe siècle à Argelès-sur-Mer, en Pays Catalan, où Joséphine Limouzy, surnommée affectueusement Finote, créait ses propres apéritifs maison à base de plantes et d’épices. Inspirée par cet héritage, Elodie Swanberg, son arrière-petite-fille, a décidé de revisiter ces recettes en version sans alcool, mêlant tradition et modernité avec audace.
