Creating special sparkling wines in harmony with nature, which authentically reflect the region and stand out from the rest - this was the goal that Tim Weißbach and Isabel Strauch-Weissbach set themselves when they founded the traditional sparkling wine cellars Dalbergerhof, the company of Isabel Strauch's parents, together in 2011 - Weißbach, took over and founded the STRAUCH sparkling wine manufactory. An important part of this is the organic cultivation of around 25 hectares of vines with the best locations Osthofener Goldberg, Osthofener Liebenberg and Mettenheimer Michelsberg.

"Sparkling Wine is our passion! We love this effervescence, the joy, the lightness and this touch of luxury when we savor bubbles." Here are the words of Isabel Strauch-Weissbach and Tim Weissbach, at the helm of the famous Maison Strauch in Osthofen, in western Germany. They cultivate their vineyards with the greatest respect for nature, including electricity from renewable sources. Maison Strauch is also the only sparkling wine estate with organic certification in Germany.
