It was in 1965 that a handful of men and women winegrowers, passionate about their profession, decided to come together to found the Berticot cooperative cellar. This is how the Berticot cellar merges with the Landerrouat cellar.
In nearly 50 years, the Berticot cooperative cellar has become the first brand in the South-West sold throughout France and internationally, in large-scale distribution and through traditional networks (restaurants, wine merchants and wholesalers). This success is due to a desire for permanent progress and extensive research and development work.
Cooperating winegrowers, technicians, oenologists, salespeople, all are very attached to their roots, live in the region and participate in local and economic life with their families. They proudly carry the values ​​of cooperation such as human solidarity, authenticity, performance and conviviality.

Representative of the Côtes-de-Duras appellation and bordering the Bordeaux wine region, the Berticot cellar has been able to promote its terroir and its wines thanks to the dynamism and quality provided by the member winegrowers.

Selected plots, selected vintages, the wines produced by the Berticot winegrowers are a colorful range, tinged with the lilting accent of the South.
