🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The Hörner family estate in Hochstadt is unique. Almost everything is "homemade". For example, Marko Hörner designed his own flytrap and created it with the 3D printer. It is not for nothing that his leitmotif is “We are the tenants of our descendants. » In the vineyards and in the cellar, particular attention is paid to what makes ecological sense and what does not.
For 15 years, the winery has been practicing so-called winter greening in almost all locations. The paths between the rows of vines are sown with wheat and beans harvested in July/August. This creates a healthy green space until harvest.
