Feral No. 1 Fermented drink made from white beet, hops and Sichuan pepper.
Feral No. 1 is fresh and floral, with mineral and citrus notes brought by Sichuan pepper, and a final touch of hops.

Feral No. 2 Fermented drink made from white beet, ginger, allspice and juniper berries.
Feral No. 2 is rich and warm, with a nice bittersweet balance. Be careful, it’s very spicy! Its bright orange color comes from infusing pieces of ginger, pepper and juniper berries into fermented white beet juice.

Feral No. 3 Fermented drink made from beetroot, wild blueberries, oak, black pepper and thyme.
Feral No. 3 is a rich and full-bodied wine, characterized by beautiful acidity and very present tannins. Its bright red color comes from the fermentation of beetroot and wild blueberry, enhanced with black pepper and thyme.

Feral No. 4 Fermented drink made from beetroot, wild blueberries, lavender and juniper berries.
Feral No. 4 goes wonderfully with all types of dishes. Deep and floral at the same time, it presents lively acidity and silky tannins.

Feral No.5 Dry rosé, with fine bubbles. Birch sap fermented with aronia, verbena, nettle, yarrow and horseradish.
Where the citrus notes of verbena meet herbaceous nuances and a sweet touch of peach born from the union of aronia and nettle.

Feral No. 6 Feral & Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler. Fermented drink made from white beet, lime blossom, honey and fennel.
