Each bottle is carefully aged, ensuring unparalleled quality and flavor, for a memorable experience with every sip.
Kahol attempts to retrace the steps of the Babylonian alchemists. Babylonian distillation devices were initially used to make “kohl,” the spectacular eyeliner of the pharaohs. The device itself was named "al kahol" ("the spirit"), hence the modern term alcohol.
Kahol spirits are primarily strong alcohols. They then undergo a secondary fermentation process to convert alcohol to acetic acid, followed by a long period of barrel aging and botanical infusion to express flavors and mouthfeel.
