Our most requested references

Our absolute bestseller: the red wine Zeronimo Leonis Blend from the Heribert Bayer estate, acclaimed for its structure close to a traditional wine. Also discover our discovery boxes to explore several styles at once, and our Top 10 best alcohol-free wines.

How is alcohol-free wine made?

The wine is first vinified classically, then dealcoholized by reverse osmosis or vacuum distillation at low temperature (30-50°C), techniques which preserve the aromas as much as possible. Some areas, such as Arjolle, aim for strict 0.0%; others intentionally retain 0.3-0.5% alcohol to further preserve the structure and aromas of the original wine.

How to properly serve non-alcoholic wine

Reds: 14-16°C. Whites and rosés: 8-10°C. Unlike classic wine, avoid the carafe (risk of oxidation) and pour directly in one go. Once opened, consume within 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
