The BIBO RUNGE wine estate has been managed since 2017 by Monika Eichner and Markus Bonsels. Monika and Markus left their jobs after two decades in large groups and are now devoting themselves to their passion: first-class wines, rich in aromas and of superior quality. And the best part is that this is also true for their dealcoholized wine!
