To the eye, Villa Martelle displays a pretty purple color with copper highlights. The nose quickly detects fresh aromas of coffee and a bouquet structured by the generosity of grapes and the sweet acidity of blackcurrant. The attack is velvety, beautifully balanced, round, supple, ample, slightly woody before giving way to the lively and spicy notes of Espelette pepper which bring real intensity and great energy to the palate.

Villa Martelle is the fruit of the audacity of winegrowers Michel and Catherine Vincent, who reinvented alcohol-free tasting by combining technological innovation and gastronomy. Composed of organic grape juice infused with decaffeinated cold-brew coffee, aromas of blackcurrant, oak wood and Espelette pepper, this 0% drink embodies French “flexidrinking”: a 100% pleasurable alternative, 3.5 times less caloric than a wine, designed to accompany plant-based dishes, meats, cheeses or chocolate desserts. A sassy, ​​respectful and resolutely poetic potion.

Restaurant, dinners, parties... There is an urgent need to have fun but there is no question of having fun at any cost. Villa Martelle addresses all alcohol-related concerns such as calorie intake, fatigue, sleep, driving, pregnancy, health or safety.

 

Made in France from organic grape juice, Villa Martelle is formulated with vegetable infusions (cold-brew coffee, blackcurrant, Espelette pepper, oak wood) without fermentation or alcohol. Its recipe, resulting from two years of R&D, combines mixology and technology to offer a complex drink, dense aroma, but light. Certified AB, it respects nature, guests and gastronomy.

How to have fun?
The aromatic complexity of Villa Martelle goes perfectly with plant-based cuisine, meats, cheeses and subtly awakens fish. Its notes of sweet pepper accompany all Asian cuisines and enhance chocolate desserts.
It is recommended to taste Villa Martelle at temperature to let all the aromas express themselves. In summer, the drink can be served chilled (6/8° C).
It is advisable to shake the bottle before opening it. The deposition is normal and natural. Once opened, it will keep in the refrigerator for 4 days.

🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Michel and Catherine Vincent, business creators and passionate about the terroir, launched into organic viticulture in 2012 in Hérault at the Domaine du Château La Croix Martelle. Today, the adventure continues with the creation of Villa Martelle in order to conquer a promising and still unexplored market...that of 0% alcohol tasting drinks for meals.

Two years of research and development combining technological innovation and the mixology of natural ingredients were necessary to obtain this bold drink with vegetable notes and 100% organic.

The raison d'être of Villa Martelle, like the wines of Château de la Croix Martelle, is part of a desire to produce quality drinks, respectful of nature, people and responsible consumption.
