WE BREW WHAT WE LOVE

PRIZM BREWING CO, a young brewery based in Vendargues in the Montpellier region, opened in the middle of a pandemic and is already one of the best French microbreweries (top untappd).

We have set ourselves the mission of sharing the best in craft beer with as many people as possible.

The bases of PRIZM’s DNA revolve around 3 complementary ecosystems:

R&D: By testing new yeasts, experimental hops, brewing techniques, machines, processes, etc.

Community: By meeting people, characters, consumers, by traveling to festivals, by meeting artisans who transform and sublimate the material…

Culture: By arousing emotion through our graphic designs, by supporting musical culture and culinary art…

After 2 years of research, testing and stabilization of our processes and products and following feedback from our community, we have developed a fixed range of 4 references which illustrate our DNA, our values and our knowledge.

This range, composed of a New England Pale Ale, a NEIPA, a DIPA and a Fruited Sour, is available all year round in 33cl can and keg format.

In everything we brew, we try to bring something different to the research, development and brewing techniques of our beers.

Our ephemeral beers allow us to share the fruit of our explorations across our 3 ecosystems. They give us the opportunity to innovate and try by allowing us to go beyond our usual applications, to create something new, to learn techniques, particularly through international collaborations with other breweries or artisans.

The brewery was born from the alliance between Julien Du Tremblay, manager of Gurubeer, one of the largest craft beer distribution companies in France, Momar Diop, former project manager at Wonderful and Antoine Kerrec.
