It has all the character of our organic craft beers with a touch of freshness and fruity aromas to boot!

This non-alcoholic lager takes inspiration from abbey-style ales to deliver an experience true to classic lager. The color is light blonde, with a fine and persistent head.

On the nose, spicy and phenolic notes (pepper, cloves) mingle with a cereal and malted base.

On the palate, the attack is soft and round, balanced by moderate bitterness, for a dry and elegant finish.

A balanced, expressive and easy-drinking non-alcoholic beer.

🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Créée en 1999, la Brasserie Moulins d’Ascq porte son nom des deux Moulins se trouvant à l’entrée de Villeneuve-d’Ascq. À l’origine, installée au centre de la ferme du Sens, c’est en 2021 qu’elle s’installe à quelques centaines de mètres, dans de nouveaux locaux éco-conçus.

Mathieu Lepoutre, le fondateur de la brasserie a voulu créer « une bonne bière artisanale » et pour pouvoir maitriser la qualité et la provenance des ses différentes matières premières il a directement choisi d’utiliser exclusivement des produits issus de l’agriculture biologique. Malt de blé, d’orge, houblons, sucre, proviennent de cette agriculture.
