In the heart of Burgenland, Heribert Bayer explores alcohol-free wine with a simple requirement: preserving the pleasure of tasting and the personality of the wine. Through the ZERONIMO range, this Austrian estate develops dealcoholized vintages which place a central place on aromas, balance and the table.

ZERONIMO Rosé is developed from Blaufränkisch, Merlot and Pinot Noir. After precise vinification in stainless steel vats and gentle dealcoholization, this dealcoholized rosé wine reveals an original nose of strawberry granita, enhanced with a touch of mint and orange zest.

On the palate, ripe stone fruits and rhubarb give way to a fresh and delicious finish, marked by citrus fruits. This Austrian alcohol-free rosé wine is a table rosé, fruity and elegant, to be served as an aperitif or with a convivial meal.

The Austrian Estate is located in the heart of Bürgenland, the dream terroir of the Blaufränkisch grape variety.
Recognized producers of great wines whose structure yields nothing to balance, they have strived to create dealcoholized wines of very high quality.
