Villa Martelle is the fruit of the audacity of winegrowers Michel and Catherine Vincent, who reinvented alcohol-free tasting by combining technological innovation and gastronomy. Composed of organic grape juice infused with decaffeinated cold-brew coffee, aromas of blackcurrant, oak wood and Espelette pepper, this 0% drink embodies French “flexidrinking”: a 100% pleasurable alternative, 3.5 times less caloric than a wine, designed to accompany plant-based dishes, meats, cheeses or chocolate desserts. A sassy, ​​respectful and resolutely poetic potion.

Made in France from organic grape juice, Villa Martelle is formulated with vegetable infusions (cold-brew coffee, blackcurrant, Espelette pepper, oak wood) without fermentation or alcohol. Its recipe, resulting from two years of R&D, combines mixology and technology to offer a complex drink, dense aroma, but light. Certified AB, it respects nature, guests and gastronomy.

La complexité aromatique de Villa Martelle se marie parfaitement avec la cuisine végétale, les viandes, les fromages et réveille subtilement les poissons. Ses notes de piment doux accompagnent toutes les cuisines asiatiques et exaltent les desserts chocolatés.
Il est recommandé de déguster Villa Martelle à température pour laisser tous les aromes s’exprimer. L’été, la boisson supportera d’être servie fraîche (6/8° C).

Michel et Catherine Vincent, créateurs d’entreprises et passionnés par le terroir, se sont lancés dans la viticulture Biologique en 2012 dans l’Hérault au Domaine du Château La Croix Martelle. Aujourd’hui, l’aventure se poursuit avec la création de Villa Martelle afin de conquérir un marché prometteur et encore inexploré…celui de la boisson de dégustation 0% alcool pour le repas.

Deux années de recherche et développement associant l’innovation technologique et la mixologie d’ingrédients naturels ont été nécessaires pour obtenir cette boisson audacieuse aux notes végétales et 100% Bio.
