The Mediterranean Tonic Water is the result of a balance between notes of basil, thyme and rosemary. The basil opens with freshness, the rosemary extends the aromatic length, the thyme structures the whole.

Inspired by the scrubland, this Tonic creates cocktails that are both fresh and complex, with a true Mediterranean identity.

Hyssop begins with the story of an Epicurean.

In 2019, Mériadec Buchmuller, founder of Hysope and lover of good products, noticed a gap in the market: no Mixer is up to the task of enhancing the spirits he loves the most. Too sweet, too bland, too covering, too flat... impossible to find THE Mixer that will make your cocktails and aperitifs vibrate.

From there an idea was born: create a brand of Premium Mixers for all lovers of cocktails and good products, like him.
