This non-alcoholic lager takes inspiration from abbey-style ales to deliver an experience true to classic lager. The color is light blonde, with a fine and persistent head.

🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Created in 1999, the Moulins d’Ascq Brewery takes its name from the two mills located at the entrance to Villeneuve-d’Ascq. Originally installed in the center of the Sens farm, in 2021 it moved a few hundred meters away, in new eco-designed premises.

Mathieu Lepoutre, the founder of the brewery wanted to create “a good craft beer” and to be able to control the quality and origin of his different raw materials he directly chose to use exclusively products from organic farming. Wheat malt, barley, hops, sugar come from this agriculture.
