Our organic and vegan rosé wine forms the basis of Cypher, which is first distilled cold (30°) using a distillation column under a vacuum atmosphere in order to extract 100% of the alcohol without destructuring the wine or giving it heated aromas. The flavors contained in the alcohol are reintroduced into Cypher through a light aromatic formulation. To pasteurization, we prefer the reasoned use of a food preservative in order to replace the natural preservative which is alcohol.
To be appreciated for its aromatic freshness within 18 months (DLC of 4 years).
