Our alcohol-free beer is the result of the meeting between Belgian brewing heritage and a brand new controlled fermentation process. Thanks to a yeast discovered on cactus fruits from the Arizona desert, we are able to produce all the aromas of an ordinary beer while limiting the production of alcohol molecules.

To then give body and, above all, taste, we mixed different highly aromatic hops and a selection of several different malts. Result ? A super easy to drink non-alcoholic beer, so stunning that we challenge you to tell the difference from an ordinary beer.

Imagine: in our beautiful Belgium, where beer flows freely, we found ourselves at a crossroads. In search of balance, should we continue to drink our traditional beers and face the difficult tomorrows or find an alternative? We tried kombucha, kefirs, and all these modern drinks. It was nice, but it clearly lacked the punch of good old Belgian beer.

So we asked ourselves the question: why were there no good non-alcoholic Belgian beers? And thus Belgian Balance was born, to finally take alcohol-free seriously and bring everyone back around a good beer.
