BTTR n°1: water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, licorice), and cinnamon, lime juice, elderberry, safflower extract, preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain traces of nuts, milk and dairy products.
VRMH n°1: dealcoholized wine (contains sulphites) (59%), liquid sugar, lemon and absinthe hydrosol, bouquet of spices and apple hydrosol, juniper hydrosol, quassia amara infusion, coloring: ordinary caramel, preservative: potassium sorbate.
RHHM n°1: cane molasses hydrosol, oak shavings hydrosol, water, liquid sugar, cocoa infusion, cane molasses, toasted oak infusion, vanilla extract. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: potassium sorbate.

The idea of ​​JNPR is to have a drink more suited to our times, which can provide the same emotions as alcohol, without any other consequences. During a trip to the United States, Valérie, the founder, experienced a much more varied offering of drinks, with subtle tastes, natural ingredients, and properties that make them real everyday allies. The first thoughts around JNPR have just emerged.

During her research, she discovered that during the 17th century, distilled juniper berry and other plants and spices such as coriander seed were highly sought after, renowned in particular for their medicinal properties.

She meets Flavio Angiolillo, a renowned bartender in Milan, notably owner of the “1930 cocktail bar”, ranked among the 50 best bars in the world, and together, they think about the best way to continue this tradition by setting themselves an additional challenge: maintaining, even without alcohol, excellent mixology properties.

After months of reading, researching, testing and meeting, JNPR was born.
