Ingredients
5cl ADRIATICO ZERO
2 cl of lemon juice
1/2 part pasteurized egg white
3 dashes of Angostura bitter to balance
Mocktail Recipe

- Shake all the ingredients dry (without ice) to emulsify them.
- Add ice to the shaker, shake again.
- Pour into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon zest

👃🏼 NOSE: intense and delicious, it opens with bitter almond, caramel, tonka bean, pepper, vanilla and a hint of gardenia flower.

👄 TASTE: silky and syrupy, both gourmand and fresh, with notes of toasted almond, frangipane, ripe banana, citrus, cocoa and a touch of cherry stone.

FINISH: long and oily, with notes of maraschino cherry, coffee, hazelnut, pine sap, gingerbread, as well as herbaceous and woody touches, and a hint of salt.
