About the producer
Created in 1999, the Brasserie Moulins d'Ascq bears its name of the two mills located at the entrance to Villeneuve-d'Ascq. Originally, installed in the center of the Sens farm, it was in 2021 that it settled a few hundred meters away, in new eco-designed premises.

Mathieu Lepoutre, the founder of the brasserie wanted to create "a good craft beer" and to be able to master the quality and the origin of its different raw materials, he has directly chosen to use exclusively products from organic farming. Malt of wheat, barley, hops, sugar, come from this agriculture.
