The Couderc distillery has been a liquorist craftsman since 1908 based in Auvergne, serving quality, generosity, 100% local, 100% artisanal.

The Cantal department takes its name from the mountain range which culminates at 1855 meters, a vestige of the largest stratovolcano visible in Europe appeared about 13 million years ago.

It was on this same terroir that the Louis Couderc artisanal distillery was founded in 1908 and that the emblematic liquor of Gentian was born.

The collection now has a range of liqueurs and creams, always developed in respect for family tradition.

The constant attention paid to the taste quality of specialties is rewarded each year during national competitions.

In 2021, the Aurillacoise company celebrated the release of its millionth Gentian bottle and continued to innovate by carrying out large renovations in connection with the ecological transition.

A century after its beginnings, the history of the Couderc distillery has only just begun ...
