Kombucha Cassis organic archipelago is 100% blackcurrant on the nose, it is greedy, expressive and balanced in the mouth with notes of white grapes and a finish raised by light tannins.

It is the result of a long work with small producers to enhance their leaves and express their character through our fermentation in Kombucha.
