Colombard white wine without alcohol 0.5% La Cuvée Révolutionnaire by Moderato comes from a cA typical Gascony wine, their Colombard gives a very aromatic and slightly acidulous white without alcohol (<0.5%), the true identity of the region.

The alcohol-free white wine 0.5% La Cuvée Révolutionnaire from Moderato is also 3 to 7 times less calories than a classic wine.

It is first of all thanks to the work of Gascony winegrowers who selected and vinified their emblematic grape variety, Colombard, at maturity. Moderato then distilled it at low temperature to remove the alcohol and preserve all the aromatic richness: a revolution!
