The non-alcoholic white wine Arjolle Zero Balance 0.0% is a blend of Viognier Sauvignon which offers a nose that explodes with aromas of exotic fruits and white-fleshed fruits. The mouth prolongs these sensations and offers us a beautiful tone.

We were able to find a separate identity there, in short everything that we appreciate in a good glass of dry white wine made by winegrowers... but de-alcoholized!

This white wine without alcohol Arjolle Équilibre Zéro 0.0% comes from grapes harvested in the first half of September on the estate, in Pouzolles in Hérault. As soon as they are harvested, the grapes are placed in vats and vinified. Maceration lasts only around ten days in order to promote gentle extraction of the grapes. The 60% of Sauvignon blanc and 40% of Viognier are fermented between 15°C and 18°C ​​then aged on lees for 3 months with regular stirring. Once vinified, this wine is dealcoholized then bottled.

Specificities: Alcoholic fermentation between 15°C and 18°C. Once vinified, the wine is dealcoholized by vacuum evaporation.

For the dealcoholization of its wines, Arjolle has chosen a qualitative and efficient method: the vacuum evaporation method. By vacuuming the wine, the boiling point of the alcohol is reduced (30°C instead of 80°C) which allows the wine to be heated less and therefore retains the vast majority of the initial aromas of the wines. Using this method, it is possible to dealcoholize the wine down to 0.0% vol and offer a true alcohol-free drink.
