Thanks to its experience with the most aromatic grape varieties, the Domaine de l’Arjolle innovates and creates a range of alcohol-free wines full of deliciousness. The “Équinoxe Zéro” range is a range of quality alcohol-free wines, in white, rosé, red and sparkling made from dealcoholized wines.

For the dealcoholization of its wines, Arjolle has chosen a qualitative and efficient method: the vacuum evaporation method. By vacuuming the wine, the boiling point of the alcohol is reduced (30°C instead of 80°C) which allows the wine to be heated less and therefore retains the vast majority of the initial aromas of the wines. Using this method, it is possible to dealcoholize the wine down to 0.0% vol and offer a true alcohol-free drink.

Explore and be surprised by the range of non-alcoholic wines from Arjolle: fruit, freshness and sweetness, a festive and convivial drink!

🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Domaine de l’Arjolle was founded in 1974 in Pouzolles in Hérault. From the outset, the objectives were centered on the essential pillars of quality, diversity and the making of pleasure wines, values which are still predominant within the estate today.
They focused very early on the renewal of the grape varieties with the adoption of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc initially. The freedom conferred by the Côtes de Thongue appellation offers them the opportunity to produce wines from grape varieties and blends of character and expression.
Concerned about economic realities, Domaine de l'Arjolle strives to produce quality grapes while ensuring respect for the environment and the consumer.
Faithful to its philosophy, the Arjolle estate seeks optimal quality grapes, depending on the wines it wishes to produce.
He now puts this know-how at the service of quality dealcoholized wines.
