It is firstly thanks to the work of Gascony winegrowers who selected and vinified at maturity two emblematic grape varieties, Merlot for its roundness and Tannat for its melted tannins. Moderato then distilled it at low temperature to remove the alcohol and preserve all the aromatic richness of this revolutionary wine!
