Shot of ❤️ of Sanzalc

To date, the best dealcoholized non-alcoholic red wine.

Coralie de Boüard, who spent her childhood with her father in the cellars of Château Angélus, produces an alcohol-free wine in Saint-Émilion: “We did everything to rediscover the notion of fruit”

Located in Parsac, in the middle of the grands crus and grand châteaux of St-Emilion, the estate benefits from privileged biodiversity and an eco-system with a strong presence of old vines. The wines are of high quality, with silky and velvety tannins, full of elegance and freshness.

This non-alcoholic red wine CLOS DE BOÜARD cuvée Prince Oscar 2023 is a truly great high-end Bordeaux without alcohol, without additives, composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, from a clay-limestone terroir with an average age of 40 years, near Saint-Emilion, from the Château Clos de Boüard wine selection.

Drink like a classic wine (15-17°C). Allow the wine to open by aerating it 30 minutes before. Can also be decanted to develop its aroma.
This temperature allows the delicate aromas of the wine to be highlighted and its balance to be preserved.

Château Clos de Boüard comes from a traditional winemaking method with alcoholic fermentation then malolactic fermentation. This non-alcoholic red wine will then age in barrels for 16 months. Dealcoholization is carried out cold under vacuum, in a single pass through a membrane to maintain the shine of the fruit.

The tannic structure and complexity of Château Clos de Boüard are therefore preserved. We also find a nice tannic structure, a nice balance with a nice crunch, fruit and deliciousness.

Name: MONTAGNE SAINT-EMILION

Taste profile
👃🏼 On the nose, we note aromas of strawberries and lightly cooked plums.

👄 On the palate, nice length and a supple attack on red fruits, lots of delicacy and sweetness. Spicy finish.

This wine is 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, from a clay-limestone terroir with an average age of 40 years, close to Saint-Emilion, from the selection of our Château Clos de Boüard wine.

Producing a dealcoholized wine is the challenge taken up by Coralie de Bouärd, owner of Château Clos de Bouärd classified in Montagne Saint-Émilion. Thus was born the Prince Oscar brand, a contraction of the name of his son and the first customer to order this non-alcoholic nectar: the Parc des Princes.

You will love it if…
Prince Oscar goes wonderfully with meat dishes, mature cheeses and chocolate desserts.

Store in a dry place, protected from light.
