Ingredients:
• 45 mL of Glen Dochus
• 30 mL of grapefruit juice
• 5 mL of heather honey
• A dash of lemon juice
• Grapefruit zest for decoration

Preparation:
1. Pour the Glen Dochus, grapefruit juice, honey and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously until you obtain a very cool mixture.
3. Filter and serve in a previously chilled coupe glass.
4. Decorate with a grapefruit zest.
