Dochus Sour Mocktail:
Ingredients:
• 50 mL of Glen Dochus
• 10 mL of sugar syrup
• 25 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ egg white
• A dash of non-alcoholic bitters
• A slice of orange for decoration


Preparation:
1. Refresh a tumbler glass.
2. Lightly beat the egg white until frothy and light.
3. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add the Glen Dochus, egg white, bitters, sugar syrup and lemon juice.
4. Shake vigorously to emulsify everything well.
5. Filter into the previously chilled glass.
6. Decorate with a slice of orange.
