Ingredients:
• 60 mL of Glen Dochus
• 15 mL of lime juice (or the juice of a wedge)
• Quality ginger beer
• A wedge of lime and a sprig of fresh mint for decoration

Preparation:
1. Pour the Glen Dochus into a chilled tumbler.
2. Add 15 mL of lime juice and fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
3. Complete with ginger beer.
4. Decorate with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.

Five years ago, our founders, Roddy and Kerr Nicoll, noticed something.
