About these premium wines

Old vineyards, high-quality breeding and aroma-preserving vacuum distillation with additional recovery form the basis of Zeronimo's premium alcohol-free wines. These wines are sugar and additive free, and low in calories and sugar.

Zeronimo Sparkling Select 2023: The new vintage of the house's dealcoholized premium sparkling wine is a blend of Gelber Muskateller, Rivana and Grüner Veltliner, aged using a classic process. Thanks to its low sugar content, it offers a high quality extra raw flavor. On the palate, it reveals fruity depth, a variety of exotic yellow fruits, refreshing lightness and mineral notes, lively acidity and elegant perlage.

Zeronimo Grüner Veltliner 2023: Green apple, pear and apricot come together in this first non-alcoholic white wine from the house, with floral aromas, the familiar freshness of Grüner Veltliner and a fruity and mineral finish. A very pleasant wine to drink and an excellent companion at the table, always embodying the Austrian summer atmosphere, for culinary delights.

Zeronimo Zweigelt 2021: If you are looking for the right balance between fruity and dry aromas in a red wine, this wine is for you. It harmonizes with delicate notes of woody spices, juicy blackberry, cherry, vanilla, nougat, rosemary and black tea. An elegant alcohol-free red wine, with a pleasant texture and juicy fruity aromas, all from the 2021 vintage, a perfect vintage.

Zeronimo Leonis Blend 2022: The first dealcoholized wine in the world to achieve an index of 98 points, it is fruity, refreshing, aromatic and complex, with fresh elegance, lively acidity, beautiful tertiary aromas and tangy notes. This wine has been repeatedly named the best non-alcoholic red wine in the world. It is made from the award-winning In Signo Leonis cuvée.

A few years ago when the couple of winegrowers from Domaine Heribert Bayer were expecting the arrival of their first child, they naturally wanted to imagine an alcohol-free wine that could be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The Austrian Estate is located in the heart of Bürgenland, the dream terroir of the Blaufränkisch grape variety.
Recognized producers of great wines whose structure yields nothing to balance, they have strived to create dealcoholized wines of very high quality.
