🔍 TO KNOW EVERYTHING…

Noughty rosé wine 0.5% without alcohol has been dealcoholized to less than 0.5% alcohol, whilst retaining the rich flavor of this beautifully crafted bottle.

This is a Provençal style non-alcoholic rosé wine beautifully made in South Africa, with ripe summer berries, giving way to fresh, peachy aromas and a balanced palate with a lingering finish.

Produced from grapes harvested from dry-farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on southwest-facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and the cold Benguela current. Deep decomposed granite soils, rich in clay, are well drained.

With a 14-day fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled in a reductive manner to avoid oxidation and preserve fruitiness. The wine is left on the lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized using a slightly rotating cone. This operation is carried out under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its characteristic body, color and flavor.
