🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

HISTORY & GENESIS
Nivers embodies above all a personal quest, a deep exploration of the pleasure of savoring.

Since adulthood I have learned, in tasting clubs, to capture the riches of beautiful drinks, delving into the history of these beverages, often woven from the passion and commitment of these men and women who cultivate and then shape their products with know-how and passion.

Throughout my culinary travels, however, I realized that there was a lack of a non-alcoholic drink worthy of great tables, capable of offering new taste perspectives while respecting the essence of the culinary journey.
A drink that can delight wine lovers, while offering a quality alternative for those preferring to abstain from alcohol at the table.

I therefore wanted to create a range full of flavors and authenticity, which explores new horizons, by associating myself with our most precious asset: nature and its plant richness.
Nivers is the result of long months of exploring new nuances of taste to provide unexpected non-alcoholic pairings with the finest gastronomic dishes, thus creating a culinary symphony that will amaze the taste buds.

What guides me on a daily basis is the desire to contribute to the culinary journey that the guests of an establishment experience.

Nivers begins, in 2023, with 3 plant signatures that we can't wait for you to taste.
