The effervescent Zeronimo Sparkling Select will seduce with its fruit play on several levels, its refreshing lightness, its floral touch, its mineral accents and its noble and dry (extra raw) feeling. The base of this high -end sparkling wine are grapes of the famous wine city of Rust, directly on Lake Neusiedler in Austria. Rust is particularly known for his very well rated delicate wines, for which even Robert Parker falls in love.

The grapes are matured in steel tanks and after dealcoholization, they are bottled with six carbon dioxide bars. The first vintage of Zeronimo Sparkling Select, which was launched in September 2023, was classified as the best sparkling NA wine in Germany and Austria and was sold just two months after its release.
