Merlot is a red grape from Bordeaux. Dark and dense in color, with aromas of spices, red and black fruits and a superb aromatic palette, it is the most cultivated grape. On the palate, it is flexible with distinguished tannins.

This cuvée, organic, alcohol -free, of Merlot grape is the ideal alternative to red wine and rosé champagne. Coming from the Bordeaux vineyard and obtained by direct pressing from the harvest, it offers a unique experience at the source of "great vintages" and agrees with refined dishes.
