The Zeronimo Sparkling Select Effervescent will seduce with its multi-level play of fruits, its refreshing lightness, its floral touch, its mineral accents and its noble and dry mouth feel (extra brut). It comes with elegant beadwork and elegance. In the glass, golden yellow core with silver highlights. In the glass, golden yellow core with silver reflections and finely foaming perlage. In the nose, the fruity scent of white pome fruits and exotic yellow fruits. On the palate, the captivating fruit play continues wonderfully refreshing after pineapple, elderflower peach and light citrus. Charming notes of honey combine with the mineral and fruity line.

Did you know?
The basis for this premium NA sparkling wine are grapes from the famous wine-growing town of Rust, directly on Lake Neusiedler in Austria. Rust is particularly known for its highly rated noble sweet wines, which even Robert Parker falls in love with.

The grapes are matured in steel tanks and after dealcoholization, they are bottled with six bars of carbon dioxide. The first vintage of ZERONIMO Sparkling Select, which was released in September 2023, was ranked as the best NA sparkling wine from Germany and Austria and was sold out just two months after its release.
