The Symples adventure began in 2016 in Milly-la-Forêt, the cradle of the cultivation of medicinal plants in France. It is here that Florent and Théo, two agricultural engineers with a passion for plants, discover with astonishment the extent of the power of plants, their virtues and their diversity.
A conviction has driven them since: to reintroduce the simple ones into our daily lives, these plants that we once cultivated for their benefits on the body and the mind, by creating a brand of drinks inspired by the wealth of virtues and tastes of the plants which grow at our feet.

Together, they then set off on two great journeys: one, into the past, to draw on the ancestral knowledge of herbalists, and the other through our regions of France.
A two-year journey during which they take the time to find the best ingredients, and to meet producers who defend traditional techniques and environmentally friendly agriculture.
