Carefully crafted from Chenin Blanc harvested at optimal maturity, this wine has benefited from careful aging partly in oak barrels from the Brouard forest. The purity of Chenin Blanc enhanced by lively effervescence.

The DIVIN team teamed up with the winemaker Villebois, a specialist in Sauvignon Blanc de Loire, to develop an alcohol-free sparkling wine. Produced on the Atlantic coast and in the Loire Valley, the French Sauvignon Blanc wine which served as the basis for this perilous exercise was selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its sweetness-acidity balance.
