Sparkling Blanc de Noir without alcohol 0.5% - The Revolutionary Cuvée from Moderato is a unique alcohol-free (<0.5%) sparkling wine, blanc de noir, made from the emblematic Merlot grape variety from the Bordeaux region with roundness and fine tangy bubbles

It is first of all thanks to the work of Gascony winegrowers who selected and vinified their emblematic grape variety, Merlot, at maturity. Moderato then distilled it at low temperature to remove the alcohol and preserve all the aromatic richness: a revolution!

Moderato is the creator of a completely new style of reduced alcohol wines.
