Ingredients:
• 45 ml of Sobour – Rye Style
• 25 ml of pineapple juice
• 25 ml of coconut syrup
• 25 ml of full-fat liquid cream
• A wedge of fresh pineapple for decoration
Preparation:
1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker: Sobour, pineapple juice, coconut syrup and cream.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Serve over crushed ice in a slim, elegant glass.
4. Decorate with a pineapple wedge and a leaf.

From Glen Dochus to Sobour, via Usko and 270° West. All these alcohol-free alternatives are made from very special pure water, for which we hold the exclusive rights. It comes directly from an ancient spring in the heart of Royal Deeside, flowing into the Cairngorm Mountains.
But one thing that has never changed is who we are and what we stand for.
