A bold twist on a great classic, enhanced with coffee, maple syrup and chocolate.
Ingredients:
• 70 ml of Sobour – Bourbonesque
• 10 ml of maple syrup
• 2 dashes of chocolate bitters
• 3 coffee beans
• Orange zest
Preparation:
1. In a mixing glass, pour the Sobour, maple syrup, bitters and coffee beans.
2. Add ice cubes and stir until the mixture is very cold.
3. Place a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass.
4. Filter the mixture into the glass.
5. Finish with an orange zest as a garnish for an elegant aromatic touch.

From Glen Dochus to Sobour, via Usko and 270° West. All these alcohol-free alternatives are made from very special pure water, for which we hold the exclusive rights. It comes directly from an ancient spring in the heart of Royal Deeside, flowing into the Cairngorm Mountains.
