Aware of current societal issues and the expectations of new generations towards our products, we wanted to go further in the face of the main public health problem of wine, without taboo: alcohol.
We therefore decided to produce an alcohol-free vintage. Our vintage 128 is produced with the same quality commitments as our other wines from Lussac Saint-Emilion and Puisseguin Saint-Emilion. It is produced on the same terroirs.
Thanks to an innovative dealcoholization technique, it preserves the subtle aromas and taste complexity characteristic of our appellation wines.
Unlike classic wine, our vintage 128 offers an alternative without the harmful effects of alcohol on health.
With a content close to zero, it allows consumers to benefit from the benefits, among other things, of the polyphenols present in wine, particularly for cardiovascular health, without the risks associated with excessive alcohol consumption.
Wine is also a high-calorie drink (through the presence of alcohol), which contains approximately 90 kcal/100 ml of wine. A bottle of our vintage 128 contains between 3 and 4 times fewer calories, or around 15 kcal/100 ml of wine.

A resolutely innovative and modern vintage, we wanted it to carry within it the heritage of our ancestors, from Noé, the great-great-grandfather born in 1895, to Joséphine, the last of our family born in 2023. An age difference of 128 years which testifies to the strong links which have woven the history of our wine estates.
However, this vintage does not just look back. It also looks to the future with audacity and innovation, driven by the new generation embodied by Joséphine.
