Bursting with bright citrus notes and juicy berry flavors, mixed fermentation tart base beer has been conditioned with lemon juice and zest, as well as 400 kilos of Scottish raspberries. A generous dry hopping with Krush Cryo and of Nectaron from New Zealand brings juicy layers of tropical and stone fruits, perfectly balancing the acidity with an intense fruity finish.
