Alternative to Saint-Germain Spritz
INGREDIENTS
40 ml of Maïa elderflower
60 ml Lyre's Classico (alternative to Prosecco)
60 ml of sparkling water
1 lemon zest

PREPARATION
Pour Maïa over ice in your glass.
Top with Classico (or tonic) and sparkling water.
Stir the drink well.
Gently squeeze a lemon zest to complete your drink

The story of MAÏA comes to life with Alissone and Damien, a duo married to life and associated in their project, bringing together their common passions: nature and gastronomy. Damien is the son of wine growers in the Cognac region. He and his partner Alissone have always had a deep attachment to their land. Their love for nature and their commitment to homemade led them to create as a family an artisanal non-alcoholic drink made from wild elderflowers: MAÏA was born.
