Lyre's American Malt 0% alcohol-free is a non-alcoholic spirit drink inspired by aged American bourbon, a bit like an Aberlour which would have aged in barrels for around fifteen years according to 2 noses spent at Sanzalc in November 2023!

It is a botanical distillate and at no time has there been alcoholic fermentation. We are indeed on a splendid alternative to 0.0% alcohol !

It faithfully recreates the flavors and aromatic attributes of the original bourbon, with zero alcohol.

This drink is characterized by generous aromas of roasted nuts and vanilla. The sweet herbal notes provide a nice length in the mouth. Mix this alcohol-free alternative to whiskey with cola for a delicious classic mocktail.
